Hello everyone,

This is it, Shapes Bash is ready to go public!

A big thank you to my public playtesters on Reddit and Itch.io (shout out to SleepyHollowGames!) for taking the time to test Shapes Bash on a variety of platforms and give such complete and considered responses to it. This has all contributed to taking Shapes Bash from version 1.0 to version 1.1. I have listened, and where I could, I have made the improvements you requested. We did it! 

Additions:

Most graphics and icons have received a higher-res makeover, so everything is looking much crisper!

Windows desktop icon has been fixed also, so it too will be as crisp as intended. 

High score input now accepts anywhere between 0 - 3 characters. No more rejecting 2 letter monikers!

Pre match tutorial easier to navigate, with the 'Next' button now green, meaning new players are less likely to miss the tutorial.

Gold shapes added, these rare biggies offer 3 points in the matching goal, but take 3 points away if you get it wrong!

To improve gameplay feedback on scoring, little popup numbers appear to reflect the score and colour, +1, +3, -1 or -3.

An 'Exit Game' button on the main menu on all downloadable versions of Shapes.

At last, Shapes Bash in your desktop browser! Play on the Itch.io webpage, no download required!

Finally, I feel Shapes Bash is at a stage where it's ready to go public. I may not have managed to include every requested feature, but that may change in the future. This is my first game for release (I thought it would only take about 3 weeks start to finish, it took much longer than that!) and I have loved every minute of working on it and interacting with the Itch community and playtesters.
